Games Done Quick
For the first time in January 2023, I volunteered as a Social Media team member for Awesome Games Done Quick. It was genuinely one of my favorite social media management experiences to date, where I got the immense privilege to work with incredible people for a great cause. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I have returned as a volunteer for the mainline events since then.
SUPERGIANT GAMES
Some months prior to the announcement of Hades, Supergiant Games opened their official Discord server. As a big fan of their games and especially Pyre, I joined immediately. This community quickly became very dear to me, and I spent a lot of my free time there. Eventually, in April 2019, I was invited to volunteer on the server’s moderation team, and naturally, I accepted.
Since then, I’ve been active in their community as part of their 14-person moderation team. I had the immense pleasure of helping moderate this server from Hades early access all the way to its September 2020 launch and now get to do it all over again for the upcoming early access release of Hades II.
